Born and raised in the heart of Chicagoland, my culinary journey began with a formal education at Robert Morris University. With over a decade spent perfecting my craft in kitchens across the city, I've developed a deep passion for blending flavors and creating memorable dining experiences.

In 2016, I took a leap of faith and launched my first business, a beloved food truck named "The Roaming Hog." This venture allowed me to share my love for innovative street food with Chicagoans and beyond, earning recognition on YouTube's "Chicago's Best."

Now, I'm thrilled to introduce my newest venture, Bosque Gourmet Catering Service. With Bosque, I aim to bring a taste of global cuisine to every event, exploring flavors from diverse countries and regions.
